2. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed and paid through our secure checkout.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Wallet payments appear when available.
Orders may be reviewed for security and accuracy. We may contact you if information is missing.
3. Pricing policy
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless noted. We work to keep pricing accurate and competitive.
If you have questions, our team is happy to help.
We may adjust pricing to align with Toyota Canada master pricing.
If a discrepancy occurs, retailer pricing takes precedence.
Prices can change at any time without notice.
Obvious errors such as a typographic error or a price of zero may result in order cancellation with a prompt refund.
Promotions and coupon codes apply to eligible items and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Taxes
Applicable GST and provincial taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address or pickup location.
5. Availability and order acceptance
Many items are in stock. Some items require special order from Toyota distribution.
We confirm availability after checkout. If an item is unavailable or on backorder we will notify you and offer options such as waiting, a substitute, or a refund.
Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled.
6. Fitment and VIN verification
To ensure the right part for your vehicle, please enter your VIN or select your year, make, and model. If a vehicle is not selected, you are responsible for verifying fitment.
7. Shipping and pickup
We ship across Canada. Delivery options and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Shipping times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and backorders can extend delivery.
8. Damaged or missing items
Please inspect packages on arrival. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within two business days. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
9. Returns and exchanges
Our goal is to make returns simple while protecting part quality.
Standard return window is 30 days from delivery.
Items must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all labels.
Electrical parts, paint, chemicals, and any item noted as final sale cannot be returned.
Special order items may be nonreturnable or subject to a restocking fee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

10. Core charges
Some parts include a refundable core charge. Cores must be returned within 30 days, in the original box when possible, and in rebuildable condition to receive credit.
11. Warranty
Toyota Genuine Parts carry Toyota warranty coverage subject to Toyota terms. Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover incorrect installation or misuse. For assistance, contact our parts team with your order number and VIN.
12. Privacy

13. Site content and intellectual property
Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Content on this site. may not be used without permission.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High River Toyota Parts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described in these terms.
