Shipping Policy
At High River Toyota Parts we work to deliver your order quickly and reliably. The details below explain how shipping works for our online store.
Order processing
In stock items ship within one business day after we receive your order.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.
Items not in our local inventory are ordered from Toyota distribution. Typical arrival to our store is two to three business days, then we ship to you right away.
Most orders ship complete within two to three business days. Some parts from the manufacturer can require five to six business days before they leave our store.
Shipping methods and delivery time
Ground service usually arrives in two to seven business days within Canada, depending on location. Remote addresses may take longer.
Express and overnight options are available for an additional cost.
Oversize or heavy shipments may require extra charges. If that applies to your order, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, and other events can extend transit time.
Rates and carriers
Rates are calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
We may select an equivalent carrier at our discretion to reduce cost while maintaining the same or better service level.
We ship within Canada only at this time.
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Some oversize items cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
Split shipments
Our default is to ship complete when all items are ready. If you prefer partial shipment, contact us and we can arrange it. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Backorders and discontinued parts
If any item is backordered or discontinued, we will notify you promptly and offer options. You may wait for supply, choose an available substitute, or receive a refund.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. Carriers may charge fees for address corrections and re delivery. If a package is returned as undeliverable, a refund for the item will be issued once it arrives back at our store, less shipping charges.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect packages when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within two business days. Keep all packaging while we work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
