Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. The steps below will help you return items or cancel an order smoothly.
Return window
Return requests must be submitted within thirty days of delivery.
How to start a return
Contact our parts team to request a Return Authorization.
Include a copy of your original invoice inside the box.
Ship the item to the address we provide. Please use protective packaging and insure the shipment.
Eligibility and condition
Items must be new and uninstalled, in resaleable condition, and in original unopened packaging with all labels.
Parts priced under thirty dollars are final sale and cannot be returned.
Electrical components, paint, chemicals, software, cut to length materials, and any item noted as final sale cannot be returned.
Used parts and trial fitted parts are not eligible.
We may refuse and return any item that does not meet these criteria.
Fees and refunds
A restocking fee of thirty percent applies to all approved returns unless the return is the result of our error.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, usually within five business days of receipt.
Exchanges
If you need the same item again in a different fit or variant, place a new order. The return of the first item follows the rules above.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within two business days so we can open a carrier claim. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Wrong item received or our error
If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid label or arrange pickup and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Special order and core returns
Special order parts may be non returnable or may carry a restocking fee higher than the standard amount. We will advise this at the time of approval.
Core charges are refundable when the core is returned within thirty days in rebuildable condition. Core returns must follow the instructions provided by our team.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled while they are still in our possession and have not shipped.
If an item was ordered from the manufacturer for your order, a cancellation fee of fifteen percent may apply.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Refused deliveries are processed as returns and will have shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees deducted.
